Sweet potato fries. Yes. #paleo #whole30
You know you’re on the #whole30 when you get so so excited about sunflower seeds, dates, and a banana. Yesssss.
Birthday present, please!
Little life update:
I just started my 4th Whole30 on January 1st. So far, so good. I’m realizing how much I “cheated” on my last one…but this time around, I’m feeling like it’s just going along smoothly.
I’m not posting a ton of pics or blogging too much about it, but I am tweeting my meals (oh so exciting) with the hashtag #Whole30.
Other than that, life is sort of in a limbo. We’re moving AGAIN. I’ll write about it more later, but the wonderful house we thought was so wonderful…isn’t. So, luckily it’s a rental and our lease is just about up! It’s frustrating and annoying, but we’ll find something soon (crossing fingers).
Anyway, have a good weekend!

I love this. #whole30 #paleo #iswf
Whole30 Day 18 (Tuesday)
Meal 1: Cucumber, spinach, two eggs, avocado
Meal 2: Salad with sunflower seeds, chicken, avocado, cucumber
Meal 3: Chicken sausage with baby carrots, celery, and a salad of avocado, cucumber, and EVOO, and an apple!
No snacking again and only one fruit! YES.
Whole30 Day 17 (Monday)
Meal 1: Spinach, 2 eggs, avocado
Meal 2: Salad with sunflower seeds, chicken, avocado, cucumbers
Meal 3: Homemade Chinese food! (pictured) Cauliflower rice, steak, chicken, broccoli; and an apple for dessert.
Notice: no snacking! Also, only one serving size of fruit! Go me. :)
Whole30 Day 15 (Saturday)
Meal 1: 2 scrambled eggs with yams and avocado
Meal 2: Salad with cucumber, sunflower seeds, EVOO, 3 small hamburger patties with avocado and yams on top; 2 clementines
Meal 2.5: Banana and carrots with sunbutter; some prunes (eating so much fruit…I wasn’t feeling great today!)
Meal 3: Ground beef, tomato paste, yellow squash, chicken sausage, yams
I’m still eating too much fruit…My eating was ALL over the place today! Halfway there, though! I’m actually finding this Whole30 harder than my last two—perhaps it’s because I’m having to prepare meals for not just me, but Eric too. When it’s just me to think about, my meals are a lot simpler!
