These look amazing!

Laura, of Sweet Life Laur, is what we like to call Lovely’s “West Coast Counterpart.” She’s just the sweetest, most creative cook, and we love featuring her recipes! Well, while researching her website for tomorrow’s post on Lovely, I came across her recipe for Spring Minestrone (otherwise known as, Detox Soup). Her recipe calls for broth (low-sodium), snap or sugar peas, garlic, asparagus, basmati rice, and peas. It looked so delicious that I had to whip up a similar dish today! I happened to have chicken broth, left over sauteed mushroom and onions, leftover asparagus, threw in frozen peas and carrots…it’s simmering now! Can’t wait to eat it. Thanks, Laur!
