I made “magic banana ice cream” for dessert tonight. AKA: I threw two bananas in the blender and added vanilla and into one batch, almond butter, and into the other, coconut juice. They’re in the freezer now, excited to see how they will turn out! They’re vegan, no-sugar-added, and no dairy.
These are my new obsession. The orange ones taste JUST like creamsicles! And hello, FOURTEEN CALORIES EACH!
I need to make these this summer.
I cannot express to you how much I want one of these right now.
