Whole30 2 Day 27 & 21 Day Sugar Detox Day 2 (Wednesday):
Meal 1: Leftover turkey taco meat, one egg+2 whites, cucumber and avocado
Meal 2: Leftover turkey taco meat, salad with avocado and veggies
Meal 3: 2 bowls of my grandmother’s veggie soup; salad with avocado and EVOO; chicken, zucchini, cauliflower, spinach, and mushrooms.
Today I had a headache, which is pretty odd for me. They say you can totally get those “detoxing” from sugar, but it’s only been 2 days, and I wasn’t eating a lot of sugar before, so I don’t know…I passed up delicious cantaloupe and green grapes (my fav) tonight. Ah. I’m making it to those 21 days though!
