Whole30 2 Day 26 & 21 Day Sugar Detox Day 1: Tuesday
Meal 1: My favorite breakfast! A cucumber with a little sea salt and pepper, 2 eggs hardboiled, and avocado slices.
Meal 2: Leftover taco meat with salad, peppers, cucumbers, avocado
Meal 2.5: Homemade chicken broth, nothing in it.
Meal 3: GIANT stir fry with chicken (with a little coconut aminos), spinach, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms and onion.
Meal 3.5: 1 cup of canned pumpkin heated up with pumpkin pie spice and some coconut flakes thrown in.
I didn’t really miss sugar (well, fruit, for me) at all today. I won’t be eating any fruit (besides the occasional pumpkin, which is allowed), or sweet potato/yam for 21 days. That’s a big commitment for me! I’m a little nervous, but if I can do the Whole30, I can do this! I can’t believe my second Whole30 is almost OVER! Paleo lifestyle, here I come!
