Beginning this today!
I feel like my relationship with fruit was getting to a non-healthy emotional place…it’s time for some more self-experimentation. Who doesn’t love a good round of self-experimentation?
Anyone ever do this? I gave up sugar my senior year of college, but not fruit at the same time. I was also eating what germ, still. I also gave up fruit my junior year of college when I started the South Beach diet, and was off of the fruit too long, and then binge ate once I started again. So, here’s to a healthy new start!
