Meal 1: One egg + 3 whites, sweet potato, 2 cucumbers, avocado
Meal 2: Roast chicken (I made!), carrots, sweet potato (just a bite), mushrooms, apple
In between meal: Coconut flakes and veggies soup
Meal 3: Meat sauce and zucchini noodles
