Whole30 2 Day 19 (Tuesday):
Meal 1: Broccoli, a zucchini, chives, 5 egg whites, cooked in coconut oil, with some avocado on top.
Meal 2: Veggie soup (made by grandma), 2 eggs, and avocado slices
Post Meal 2: I was starving at about 5:00 so I had 2 egg whites and some avocado
Meal 3: Salad with EVOO and avocado, chicken, yams, string beans, green grapes.
Walked 20 minutes on the treadmill, had fruit today, but didn’t the previous two days, and will now try to watch my intake the next few. The less blood sugar spikes, the better!
