Meal 1: Leftover egg white bake with some avocado
Meal 2: Salad with peppers, leftover pork from ribs
Meal 3 (pictured): Paleo chili (yum!), with 2 cucumbers and avocado
I worked out today (a mile on the treadmill), and didn’t have any fruit! It’s the little victories, right?
