Whole30 2 Day 16 (Saturday):
Meal 1 (pictured): 5 egg whites baked with broccoli, 1/2 a sweet potato
Meal 2: Taco salad! Taco meat (I made), lots of lettuce, avocado, salsa, and tomatoes
Post Meal 2: I wasn’t going to have any fruit today, since I had a million green grapes yesterday, but I was stressed and ate two small oranges and cantaloupe. Ugh. Oh well. I’m still turning to food when stressed, which is what I’m trying to get away from on the Whole30. I’m learning! I just feel like I’m eating too much fruit overall. I also had some coconut flakes. Stress eating
Meal 3: 2 eggs, avocado, cucumber (I love the three of those together), and some veggie soup.
I feel like this weekend my mind hasn’t been with it when it comes to eating. I’m snacking way too much! I also feel really “thick” if that makes any sense? I don’t think I’m eating too much, but I do think I’m not giving my body a chance to digest, with all the snacking!
