Whole30 2 Day 15 (Friday)… Technically, it’s Whole45 today!

Meal 1: 1/2 a yam fried in CO with apple pie spice and allspice (yum), 2 eggs, a few slices of avocado

Meal 2: My grandma’s vegetable soup; zucchini noodles, homemade meatballs, sauce, green grapes.

I don’t know why, I had a good sized lunch, but by 5:00 I was shaking from hunger! I had some grapes.

Meal 3: Avocado, 2 eggs + 2 whites, veggie soup, 1/2 a yam
