Whole30 2 Day 12 (Tuesday):

Meal 1: 5 egg whites, avocado, zucchini, cooked in CO. 

Meal 2: 2 eggs + one white, cucumber, salad, EVOO. 

Meal 2.5: I was starving this afternoon! Had spaghetti squash with avocado and coconut manna. SO GOOD. Not enough breakfast OR lunch! 

Meal 3: a red, orange, and yellow pepper, sautéed in CO, with ground beef, a zucchini, and onion. A little creole seasoning on top! Delicious! 

Post Meal 4: A peach, fried in coconut oil, with coconut flakes and apple pie spice! YUM.
